1. What happens after I place my order?
  • Order Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email with receipt after you successfully place your order online.
  • Shipping Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped
  • Order Cancellation Email: You will receive a cancellation email if your order is cancelled.
  • Return Confirmation Email: You will receive confirmation that we have received your returned order. We will inspect the products you returned and refund you if they meet the requirements of our Return & Refund policy. Returns generally take 20 working days weeks to process.

2. How do I qualify for free shipping?
Funky Pants Europe Limited believes that we should keep pricing simple and transparent, so shipping is included in the price. This applies to standard shipping only. Visit our Delivery policy for more information.

4. How do I track my order?
Go to the shipping service link on your Order Confirmation Email and enter your shipping number.

5. How do I return or exchange an item?
For your convenience, you will find a pre-printed return label and form in your shipment. You may return your Funky Pants Europe Limited products in their original, unused condition for a full refund. Then place a new order if it is for product exchange. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for additional information.

6. How Do I get a new returns label and form?
Can’t find your returns label and form? No problem you can print a new one from your Order Confirmation Email.

7. My refund is incorrect?
We apologise if we’ve made a mistake. Please contact us as soon as possible on info@funkypants.eu

8. Do you refund shipping charges if I return my order?
Your shipping charge will be refunded up to €3.50 per item if you follow our Return & Refund policy.

9. Can you refund me if my card is no longer in use?
We can only refund the card used in the original purchase, please provide us with all details should your change your card during a refund claim.

10. What happens if I forget to include my returns form?
If you have returned a product to us and have not received confirmation from us after 10 working days then please contact us with a copy of your return form on, info@funkypants.eu. As stated, please use order track and trace if returning products to us.

11. Do you have a maximum order size?
No there is no maximum or minimum order size.

12. What if I have a defective or damaged item?
Should you receive a damaged product or believe an item to be defective, please contact Customer Service at: info@funkypants.eu

13. Can I change or cancel my order?
This is not possible due to the fast packaging and shipping process. Once the order is received and confirmed it will then need to follow the Return & Refund policy.

14. Do you ship internationally?
We ship throughout Europe at this time. Any orders from other parts of the world will be referred to local inventory locations, or we will contact you to discuss your order.

15. Do you customize Funky Pants?
We do and would welcome to opportunity to discuss this with you. Our speciality is in small order quantity for teams, clubs and associations

17. How is tax calculated?
Funky Pants Europe Limited includes all taxes in the price you see and pay in the European Union.

18.How do I use a promotion/coupon code?
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, please enter the code in the appropriate field on the check-out page. Please use the exact spelling and capitalization. The discounted amount will be displayed on the check-out and Order Confirmation Email. If the code is invalid, no discount will not be displayed and applied.
