If you wish to return an item, simply request a returns label from us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a label to print, or if you are exchanging a product, we will send you a pre-printed return label with your new exchanged product. You may return your Funky Pants Europe Limited products in their original, unused condition for a full refund and/or place a new order if it is for product exchange. When returning from Europe, your shipping charge will be refunded up to €3.50 per item if you follow our Return & Refund policy.

We can only refund the card used in the original purchase, please provide us with all details should your change your card during a refund claim.

18.How do I use a promotion/coupon code?
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, please enter the code in the appropriate field on the check-out page. Please use the exact spelling and capitalization. The discounted amount will be displayed on the check-out and Order Confirmation Email. If the code is invalid, no discount will not be displayed and applied.
19.How do I know if the size is correct for me?
Our Funky Pants are meant to fit reasonably tight. If you are unsure which size to order, just order a smaller and a larger size and return the unwanted items as per our returns policy for a full refund.
As a guide, a Ladies Small is a UK 8 to 10; a Ladies Medium is a UK 10 to 12 and a Ladies Large would be a UK 12 to 14.
A Men's Small would fit a male 30 to 32 inch waist; a Men's Medium would fit a 32 to 34 inch waist and a Large would fit a 34 to 36 inch waist.
